When you purchase a chart, we collect:

• Your full name
• Email address
• Exact birth details (date, time, city/country)
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

We only use your data to:

• Generate and deliver your personalised natal chart
• Send you your beautiful PDF report
• Reply to any support requests
• Occasionally send moon-phase updates or special offers (you can unsubscribe anytime)

3. We Do NOT

• Sell, rent, or share your birth data with anyone — ever
• Use your chart for marketing or advertising
• Store payment details (Stripe handles everything securely)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your birth details are stored securely and automatically deleted after 90 days (we only keep them long enough to handle any support requests). Emails and PDFs are sent via encrypted connections.

5. Third Parties

We use Stripe for payments (they have their own privacy policy) and Formspree for the newsletter. No one else sees your data.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time — just email info@heyokaastrology.com. We’ll remove everything within 48 hours.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
